Description: A fairly scarce antique majolica art pottery Asparagus & Artichoke 9"round plate made by the famous Keller & Guerin of Luneville, France in the 1880s era....The front of plate has beautiful multi color majolica asparagus & artichokes in bold raised relief with sunken section....sunken bottom has impressed maker's mark DEPOSE K G LUNEVILLE along with a signed B mark near foot rim.....Round plate is 9"across x 1 1/8"deep....bottom foot rim.....Perfect shiny nice condition with no nicks, hairlines or damage of any kind. A shiny clean plate with no stain. One of these sold for $285 last year, so this one is a bargain!...
