1992 VISON GRAPHIX [HAROLD LLOYD TRUST] MARILYN MONROE HOLOGRAMS and CHASE CARDS

Description: This is the four (04) card set of Marilyn Monroe Holograms, plus three (03) Chase Cards, which are also holograms. The base set cards cards are numbered MM-01 though MM-04. Photos taken by photographer Harold Lloyd. One (01) cards has been graded by PSA ... MM-02 @ 05.00. The Jayne Mansfield insert hologram is SC-01, while both prototype cards (Marilyn Monroe and James Dean) are un-numbered. There is also an un-numbered Certificate of Authenticity, in the same size and shape as a standard trading card. In all candor, this base set can be a little tough to understand. The backside of the fourth card in the base set (MM-04) is of a completely different layout than for first three (MM-01 through MM-03). Nevertheless, I boldly sent all four (04) base set cards out to PSA for grading -- and -- PSA only approved one (01), due to the other three supposedly failing to meet the 'minimum size requirement.' See.photos. The best part of the set as a whole may actually be the insert and prototype cards -- which I did not send out to PSA, and now really wish I had. You gotta love the Jayne Mansfield card. And the Marilyn Monroe prototype is the exact same picture as in MM-02, which is my favorite card in the base set, mostly because PSA accepted it !! In any case ... if you like Marilyn ... go for it !! Enjoy !!
