Miami was led by Mario Bland (16 pts, 14 reb) and Johnny Hemsley (19 pts, 7 reb, 3 assts) For Uconn Rip Hamilton had 19 pts to go with El Amin’s 24.The Huskies bounced back in the biggest way that March by defeating Duke for the NCAA title.
