Description: Up for offer here is a rare find in terms of antique headwear; this is an antique, later 19th century, 1880's, Victorian era, hand crafted ladies woven straw Genuine Mackinaw boating hat, with original lining and silk ribbon. Condition overall is good, the straw body is still tight and this can be worn. The original lining on the inside is tattered as well as the black silk ribbon, see photos. Size 7 1/8 is double labeled on the interior. Brim is approximately 2.5" wide, hat itself is 12" x 11". Hat stand in photos is not included.
