He is the central figure of Christianity and the one whom the teachings of most Christian denominations, apart from Messianic Jews, consider to be the Son of God. Christianity and Messianic Judaism regard Jesus as the Messiah awaited in the Old Testament and refer to him as Jesus Christ, a name also used outside the Christian context. The was made in 1973 by the famous Portuguese sculptor Cabral Antunes, laureate with national and international awards.The medal is a true work of art very detailed, both sides spectacular.It has 9 cm diameter, 4 mm to 6 mm thickness, and weighs 297 grams.
