Description: Up for sale is a Hall of Fame Plaque Card signed by me, Bert Blyleven! I will sign the top of the card. The plaque card will have my own hologram attached to it for authenticity purposes and the card is brand new. This item is part of my own, Bert Blyleven, collection. I will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Parkinson's Foundation, St. Jude Medical, Crescent Cove, Harry Chapin Food Bank, Wounded Warriors, Cancer Care and other charities. I played for the Minnesota Twins, Texas Rangers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Cleveland Indians and California Angles and I was a longtime TV color analyst for the Twins.
