This beautifully written novel explores the relationship between two brothers, one of whom becomes a Hindu monk in India with the other coming from Britain to rescue him. The book is VG with clean blue boards and gold gilt. Slight cant to spine. Price Sticker residue from prior seller on front free endpaper. Mild foxing to endpapers. Tight binding and clean, unmarked pages. The dust jacket is VG with still bright greens and blues. Some mild chipping to corners and edges and a couple of closed tears.
