I have used many rollers out there, and as much as I love the benefits of the exercise, none of the rollers I tried met my full approval… so I created my own, have been using it for a while, and decided to share these with anyone interested. I've been making these with aluminum square bars (see other listing in store for that version) and recently with chromed steel bar (The steel bar is less expensive therefore the ab roller is listed for less). I have not decided which is better, the round bar is smooth and will rotate in your hand in addition to the wheels turning; the square bar provides for a better grip. Most of the rollers out there are just too cheap and flimsy for anything but playtime, and the ones that are build semi solid provide only one narrow wheel which is unstable. This roller offers a very wide 24” grip down to a very narrow 0” between hands grip, solid grip all at the same time being very stable. The materials used to make this roller are simply indestructible. The wheels which are mounted by high strength steel bolts are commercial casters designed to handle very heavy weight efficiently and these ride on greaseless no-noise bearings If if you’re a serious athlete, crossfitter, etc I’m pretty sure it will be one of your favorite go to work out tools.
