The song was bootlegged and released previously at the wrong speed and with terrible audio quality but this comes directly from the original studio tapes. GG got Wayne Kramer & Dennis Thompson of the MC5 to participate in the Gimme Some Head recordings (without each other knowing) so it was the first time the two MC5 members were in the same studio in together in years...
