I think the covers are soft leather and it comes in a decorative slipcase. Sketch of Charlotte Bronte on the frontispiece Edge of top pages are gold gilted. Has a ribbon bookmark. The slipcase has “Made in Britain” imprinted on the lower section Measures approximately 4 1/2” x 7 1/4”, 509 pages, plus a bibliography Condition: The book is in very good condition. No writing at all in the book and the binding is tight. A tiny ding in the ~ leather cover near the bottom right corner and light wear on that corner and one other corner.
