Description: This is a new lip service dress purchased at hot topic years ago. most likely from the early 2000. It is the ht version of the gangsta pranksta maybe?? pinstripe. cute.snaps down the front. to the waist.marked an xl. i never even tried it on. has a little stretch. now. the zippers at the bottom...the one works the other i could get half way down but did not want to force it. looks cute with the open pleats but if you want it to zip..i cannot promise it will. maybe if you lube it up and take it slow..but im not risking it cause its still awesome with the open. insurance will be included in shipping. all sales are final and this dress is as is. i also used to have a dog and cat,and a lot of fuzzy coats so there will probably be some stray hairs i missed. ask any questions before you bid. this has been hanging in my closet for 21 yrs.
