We do our best to provide only the best looking, cleanest, odor-free toys possible, shipping from a smoke-free home. Plush are machine washed (unless they have tags that can be damaged) and stored in sealed containers, with dryer sheets to prevent odors. Also, plush may be shipped in a polymer bag, at our discretion. All items need to be paid for within 3 days of listing ending, (buy it date) or the order will be cancelled, and relisted without buyer notification, unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
