Description: MAZAK QT-15 with all the tooling shown (3-Jaw & 4-Jaw (rusty) chuck, Multiple collets of different sizes for the chuck and multiple collets (2 sets) for turret tools, multiple cutting tools and bits) of in pictures, Phase converter with controller and ~ 15 ft of 02 cable, Chip conveyor (it been stored outside, hasn't been connected in years). I was using this machine ~ 2 Years ago, then it started getting an NC controller error off and on. I could reboot and it would go away for a while, but then it just stayed on. Its been sitting ever since. It turns on as shown in the pictures, but getting error code 9 now. It comes with the MAZAK micro disk system that was working when I last used it. Just not using it enough to mess with fixing the errors. I installed the Phase converter (essentially a single phase generator that runs off of 220V to make a third 110V leg) so the machine can run off of 220V. It is easily accessible through the garage door with a large fork lift. Weights about 5-6 Tons. Buyer must arrange for removal and transportation.
