Feathers are in very good condition. This is the hat that is shown on Page 55 of the Collector's Encyclopedia of Vogue Dolls Identification and Values by Izen and Stover (pink cover). Has chin strap with metal bars. Elastic has lots of stretch. Has pink curly feathers; no breaks in straw. Would also fit Muffie, Alexander-kins, Ginger and other 8" dolls of the era. No odors.
