Description: Porsche 911 Type 964 3.6 liter M64.01 1990 with 69,991 miles. Complete Engine Project was in fresh water Flood from Florida Hurricane. Motor had water in only one cylinder which we drained by removal of the lower of the twin plugs. Only about a cup of water was in the block and no water in the sump tank or manual transmission. The engine turns freely with no unusual bumping or resistance with the plugs removed. Leak down was low so the engine will need to come apart to just primarily clean it to bring the compression back up. Motor will be a complete assembly as dropped out of the car including power steering pump, alternator, wiring loom, Clutch and complete exhaust. We have a rebuilt brainbox and the DME harness will be removed so all the components to run the engine are present. We will "pickle" the motor to disperse any remaining moisture. We also have a set of new Pistons and cylinders in genuine Porsche boxes available for an extra cost but we doubt they will be needed and the motor turns freely. So the engine is pretty much as removed from the car with all of it's accessories. This is a truck item and will be crated and needs to be received at a commercial delivery address. Residential delivery with a lift gate and an appointment with the trucking company for delivery is an additional $110. We properly crate your shipment in kiln dried wood with the labelsof the lumber facing outwards showing there are no worms or bugs in your shipment.
