Top tube measure out to be about 20-3/4” long. A one year design very similar to the RL-20B but features an oval bottom tube. Frame is in well used and working condition. Dings, scratches, and tarnishing from use and storage as shown. Surface rust from the paint being removed in the past. No cracks or repairs. Perfect for any bicycle restoration.
