Description: Very Rare Vintage 80s UK only released Surprise Bear Care Bear. This is the original Surprise Bear design: Bear is light blue with a heart jack-in-the box tummy icon and smirking half smile. Surprise Bear was later redone in different colors/with different tummy icons, so this rare and limitedly produced original is very special. This surprise bear is in very good vintage condition and has minimal flaws. Blue fur is clean and still bright, as is the white accent fur. No pulls to stitching of tummy icon, brows or smile. Nose and eyes lack scratching or any other detriments. Red tush heart is present; the logo on it is missing a few letters but is largely in tact. White laundry tags are present but worn and the writing is almost entirely faded off in the bear’s 40ish years. Please see photos and ask any questions re: bear’s exact vintage condition. This bear is also a great value given the current scarcity of vintage surprise bears and his great overall condition made up by great shape main features & flaws that are both minor and less noticable.
