I've tested this in 5 different Sega Saturn's prior to listing. As long as your RAM expansion slot works, this will work for your Saturn. Some of the consoles I've tried this cart in have had to spray some compressed air into the expansion slot to knock the dust out and try inserting the cart a few times. After that it works.
