Description: These are a pair of vintage 1991, private collection from the Bombay Company. A reproduction of "Parakeets" a collaboration by Gustav Mutzel (1839-93, Germany) and Dr. Anton Reichenow (1847-1941, Germany) Each presented in a gold-leafed hardwood, with a double mat. The frames due show some ware on the corners and one had a chip on the back bottom edge of the frame. There are some spots under the glass in a few places. Please see photos. Even with the condition issues these are very beautiful. Each one measures 19 3/4" x 17 3/4"
