Description: Up for sale here is this used vintage Sprague Western Electric capacitor, dated 1974 and Made in USA. The "KS" designation identifies it as Western Electric, and the number 2 in a circle means it was made by Sprague. This is marked 25 uf 60v, and tests a little higher, with minimal leakage/ESR.
