Description: Vintage Toastmaster Toaster 1B14 Bakelite Handles 1950s Works Great!I disassembled this and thoroughly cleaned it and inspected for any heavy wear or damage.The electrical connects were re-tightened and are in great condition.Some of the guide rods needed straightening.The mica panels show no damage.There are no chips or cracks in the bakelite handles and fittingsThe original cord is still in very nice-safe condition.The case is in very nice condition with just a few scuffs and scratches.This heats up fast and works as it should. Overall this is a very nice model, made extremely well in the USA and works as it should. FYI- A word of caution with these older metal clad toasters, the exterior needs free space because they get very hot. We package well and ship fast.
