All returned items, regardless of condition will be charged a 10% fee from total amount charged for restocking, andb when applicable, repackaging and relisting at a lower rate. If an eBay label is provided, the amount of the label will be deducted from the overall return. I hate that I have to do this, however, I have had others in the past open packages and return it just because they didn't like it or they claimed something didn't work, sent an old, used item like the one I shipped brand new, etc. I make every effort to check all items and/or test all items prior to shipping.
